The server is Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/7.1.33

This below is what shows when I search for .htaccess files in the root directory. they all have different content in them but none of them seem to be the root directory .htaccess file for the site itself.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah this is all hosted internally so we don’t really have anyone overseeing it.

It runs on cent OS but nothing I have tried seems to work. can’t take ownership of anything as everything is read only and won’t let you modify any of the php files to make the changes, lol.

It looks like the httpd process is in fact running under apache.
