Eeeps.. sorry, my host did something and fixed it!
Issue resolved xD

A separate page as in, on a page that I’ve coded myself (not part of the wp templates), and I just want to include archives by php include or something.
If I put <?php wp_get_archives(); ?> in I get errors, I think because there not in the same folders…
Could you explain what static is? Lol sorry I’m a bit new to this…

Uh.. I have Spam Karma 1.20 alpha 2? I have reactivated and deactivated it, but I’m still having problems with Spam Karma not letting anyone comment. >.<” Any other ideas?

i’m using v1.5 though.. doesn’t spam karma work for 1.5? how do i reset the blacklist?

hmm.. never mind. thanks for the help anyway! my wordpress was jsut acting weird, suddenly it’d stop sending me emails, and then it started sending them to me again today o___O oh well.

i don’t think its that.. because i hadn’t changed anything, and one day it just stopped sending me emails..
my host has also told me before that she doesn’t use much php and she doesn’t know it.. so i don’t think it’d be something she changed.
i dont have any other plugins for spam or anything activated, the only plugin i have activated is the alex king, clickable smilies one.. would that have anything to do with it? any other ideas?

ahh. i had the exact same problem. mine was because i tampered with it a bit, so i put in a new copy, and put all my tables and other stuff around the existing codes there. in your wordpress admin area, under options -> discussion, the only ones you need are the first 3:
– Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to from the article (slows down posting.)
– Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
– Allow people to post comments on the article

and under “before a comment appears” make sure none of those are ticked.
that solved all my problems, and my fields work perfectly now.

i dont have quicktags, so i used the ‘harder’ way by putting the code before the <textarea> part in 3 files… =/
i realise i shouldnt ask this question here.. but im hoping you guys are nice enough to give me some answers =) what does quicktags do? would it be better if i actually used it/put the code in for it?
