Bump. Similar interest for Bates College discovery project.

My original question was about sorting the actual list of galleries, rather than sorting the order of images in a gallery.

The Next-Gen Gallery Search plugin is no longer working for me. Perhaps an additional function in Next-Gen itself?

The default custom-fields block (containing the cryptx field) appears in the edit post interface and confuses authors.

FYI, in case anyone else visits this post, this symptom also occurred to me with The Events Calendar plugin when activated sitewide in MU.

Installed TEC on MU 2.9.1. Activated site wide.With a new blog, the front page appears as a full calendar. As soon as I change the theme to Thematic, calendar on main page goes away.

The category and single views look fine at /events/category/events/

During upgrades (perhaps 2.9 to 2.91, or another plugin update), thes functions returned. We’re good!

Agreed. This is a very important issue. I want to use this plugin to supplement a site by making events listings available. I don’t want the entire site to be an Events Calendar.

Looking for a fix.

I haven’t heard anything, so I’m looking into another actively developed plugin for these features:
