You got it this time. Very nice. And thanks for persisting.
I really like the look of it. I have turned off the filter for now in the demo I sent to people in the agency. It will be up to them to decide which plugin to use.
I will put a review out there for you, as well.
In the meantime, I stumbled on another bug, this time with pagination. As far as I am concerned, you can take your time with this one. I don’t need it anytime soon.
The pagination fails with the following short code (pagination on, filter off).
[am_post_grid show_filter=”no” cat=”54″ posts_per_page=”3″ paginate=”yes”]
The pagination buttons appear in the correct number, but clicking on a button, does not force the display of that page.
It succeeds when I turn filtering back on.
[am_post_grid show_filter=”yes” cat=”54″ posts_per_page=”3″ paginate=”yes”]See my test page again where I demonstrate it.

I have turned off caching for this page.
I’m glad to hear it. I will be happy to help out with any testing you want me to do. Just let me know.
I just checked again. There didn’t seem to be any new version to install, so I just went ahead and tested it. I refreshed the page, I cleared the cash, I even went as far as deactivating the caching software. None of the tests are successful. It still loads the page with the categories menu and then loads “All” the posts or the posts for a particular category when I click on one of the menu options.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled your plugin, hoping that might make something click into place, but it made no difference.
I also have this version of the page with the ?nowprocket query string, which is supposed to load the page with caching turned off. Still doesn’t work.

I am willing to work with you further if you want to keep testing, but otherwise, I will probably use a different block for displaying my posts. Sorry.
I’ve turned back on the caching since I didn’t hear back from you. Sorry. Let me know if you want to test it further.
I am using Version 3.1.6. I have also turned off all caching (I use SiteGround Optimizer and WPRocket. No difference. I will leave them off while we do our testing.
I have done the update, but it has not fixed the problem. Sorry.
Sure. This is a test page.

Thank you for the alert.
I have updated the code to the latest version, but the posts still don’t load right. Initially, only the categories menu loads, but I have to select either “All” or one of the categories to get posts to load.
Well, I did some testing. It is true that none of the other controls, including the “core” buttons block, create this problem. I actually have three Stackable icon groups (called “button groups” in the list view), and all of them exhibit the same problem in the full site editor (but not when editing the header template part or on the actual website). I removed them all, and my “site” finally appeared normally (not distorted) in the full site editor. I tried adding in a new Stackable icon group directly in the full site editor, and the phenomenon reoccurred.
It looks pretty conclusive that it’s not the full site editor per se. Thanks to both of you for helping me think through this issue. Maybe next time I will even think of trying this on my own.
By the way, is there a way to send screenshots in this forum? I never did figure out how to do it. Instead I made a PDF with screenshots available from my website.
I’ll let you guys know when I have a chance to do that test. Thanks for your help.
I thought of a way to make the screenshots available to you.
I have a PDF that you can open at this link. It contains screenshots that demonstrate the issue.
Thank you for your help.
I am using a child theme of Blockbase.
How do I share include a screenshot? I had one prepared, but I couldn’t figure out how to use it.
More information.
I prepared this Button Group (from Stackable, in case that matters) in a test page and then made it a reusable block as a way of “transferring” it the Header Template Part and then converted it back to a regular block. I also tried copying it in code view. It all looks good–and also works, but the full-site editor continues to have this error.
Thank you for your help.
The first issue (image resizing proportionally) is resolved. The CSS you provided does the trick. That was the big issue for me.
The third issue (the Flex Menu) is not working any differently even though I made the change you recommended under Gutentor/Settings, etc. so the Flex Menu is disabled. It’s not as critical for me, but if you think I am still not doing something right, let me know.
