Just a further note:
The actual post title can keep the blog title at the beginning, it is just the permalink itself that needs to be changed.

I have the same issue across a number of sites. If the blog title is at the beginning of the permalink even if you have words after, then the link fails. The only work around that I found was to add an underscore, ‘_’, in the permalink before the title. Not the best, but it works.
