That would be possible. You would use the sync button to move the files to Infinite Uploads. Once the files are synced, you will have the option to delete your synced files. This will free up a lot of space and make your migration much faster. After the migration is complete, the files can be downloaded back to the local storage on the new hosting provider.

My only note would be you could still run into so issues during the migration if the current host has issues with the sync or staying connected. If they give you WP-CLI access, that would be you most reliable method for moving the files to Infinite Uploads.

@thezman Thanks for checking in! I would just add that I did run tests with other file management plugins and it worked well. As Aaron mentioned, we have not tested with this specific plugin, but Infinite Uploads works with similar solutions. Let us know if you run into any issues going forward.
