We need to update your email template database for some improvements. Please take a backup of your databases for your peice of mind
It mentions email template database so I’m thinking if its everything on our themes’ email folder or just a specific email template?
Also, your comment mentioned:
We had an issue that when we copied and pasted the emojis in the email Body section or in the subject then our plugin did not allow to save the email template.
I am wondering if its just a single file that needs to be checked or…?
I think it will also be nice to have the option to dismiss the notification as for some (at least for us) the email works fine as is (or probably it is because we don’t use emojis).
P.S. I am sorry if my comments or inquiries doesn’t make sense or sounds confused as I am not that of a full technical when it comes to website development.

Thank you for the feedback.
If I remember correctly, we have enabled PDT since we were not receiving order confirmation emails before.
Is our website host/server slow in loading pages that’s causing the duplicate issues?I checked the orders paid through PayPal from the start of 2018.
Out of 14 orders, 7 of those have orders notes that both IPN and PDT payment were completed.For the remaining 7 orders:
6 of those are noted that only PDT payment have been completed1 have IPN payment completed.

We have enabled the FlexSlider with the dot navigation.
It is still moved to the right but hopefully it will help on analyzing the problem.
I’m not sure how to bring it back to the one with working dots.Please let me know if you need anything else.

I used Code Snippets and tried using the code you have provided but it didn’t work.
The tax exempt ID is not saved astax_exempt_id
but ratherTax Exempt ID
.
I tried changing thetax_exempt_id
toTax Exempt ID
but the snippets returned an error.Please view the link to see how it was saved (?) on the order.
Can you please advise on how to display the value on this situation?

We are also using your plugin but just the basic/free version.
We just simply want to add the tax ID number entered by our customer to the invoice.
Can we add it somewhere in the invoice?I think the meta is tax_exempt_id
This is the part of the plugin where it gets the tax id number:

If you look at this screenshot, you will see that almost all transactions are paid using the same payment method – credit card (a handful paid using PayPal).
But still, after a month or so, the shown conversion is still only 1.

Unfortunately, yes.
Google AdWords still only showing 1 conversion. We had several sales each week for the past weeks or month but those were not registered or counted in Google AdWords even after the 1 week window has passed.
Hello Aleks,
After installing and setting up the plugin, I waited a few days before a conversion was tracked. Now, it has been about a couple of weeks and it seems like it is not tracking the conversions anymore. From the week it tracked the single conversion, we had 5 additional transactions on the same week. Adding more recent transactions, about 7 to 9 should be recorded converted but somehow it is still showing as 1.
Any help/comments/suggestions/advice?
