Same here, using Paid Members Pro and Theme My Login. They recommend using your plugin and not sure about any alternatives to try that are current and well supported, to resolve the link invalid issues. Resetting passwords for members manually that get this error has been tedious, not sure if other members are trying to reset and just giving up instead of contacting us.

Have the same issue with our membership site. At first I thought it was only affecting people with @hotmail accounts. but copying and pasting the link worked fine on Chrome and Firefox. But received the “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” when using the link on SAFARI.

Not sure how to fix yet. Will try disabling cache. Anyone resolve this yet?

Is there a graceful way to re-send out the emails for all the members we imported with their password info without changing it (for those that have already reset their password)?

what if we did all posts from one account – ie. all four were from facebook?

Ok update – I’ve gotten the shortcode to work and the popup appears except that I can’t scroll down to see the full form (using Gravity forms and popup maker) using mouse or bar to try and scroll – any ideas or anyone else have this issue before?

Perfect, worked for me thanks! and the updated version also fixed the previous issue we had with low to high product price text showing up behind the button on some products.

Same issue as spogany with no error box showing when correct info used. reloads and says nothing… etc.

Would also appreciate any help with this issue.
