In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] Error in adminAfter completely deleting and re-installing BackWPUp I am able to enable it without there being a critical error (my guess is that something had gone wrong with the connection to Dropbox).
But now I’m getting these errors when running a backup:
[13-Sep-2021 19:39:11] WARNING: Database error: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted. Query: SHOW FUNCTION STATUS [13-Sep-2021 19:39:11] WARNING: Database error: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted. Query: SHOW PROCEDURE STATUS

In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] Error in adminSame thing here:
I’ve resolved the immediate issue by entering recovery mode and disabling BackWPUp but now I can’t enable it without getting that critical error again.
Here is the error
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 27 of the file /home/nujlmb/sites/wp/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/functions.php. In reply to: [GetPaid Stripe Payments] How to change/ reset the Stripe Webhook URL?The solution here was to deactivate all plugins aside from GetPaid and GetPaid Stripe Payments, connect to Stripe, and then re-activate all the other plugins. Hopefully things will now work as intended…

In reply to: [GetPaid Stripe Payments] How to change/ reset the Stripe Webhook URL?But, OK, I’ve just submitted the same info I’ve posted here over at https://wpgetpaid.com/support too

In reply to: [GetPaid Stripe Payments] How to change/ reset the Stripe Webhook URL?I think part of the problem is that using Stripe Connect has never worked for me (I assume some sort of plugin conflict) so I’ve just been entering API keys manually.
I’ve tried deleting all my keys and then trying to connect using Stripe Connect from https://selfhost.cloud, but after clicking through to authorise on Stripe it always automatically sends me back to https://staging.selfhost.cloud (even though I’ve disabled the staging.selfhost.cloud webhooks)

In reply to: [GetPaid Stripe Payments] No setting fields to enter anywhereIn this end this resolved itself. I’ve no idea why, but I guess an update solved it.
I still have a problem where Connecting to Stripe doesn’t work (I assume some plugin conflict but haven’t investigated), but I’ve just disabled that and manually entered my API keys and it’s now working great.
I managed to solve this by adjusting the z-index.
Adding this in Customize -> Additional CSS worked for me:
#getpaid-payment-modal { z-index: 9999; }
I’ve just realised that whilst it says “WP-Matomo 1.0.23 is successfully connected to Matomo 4.3.1. You are running WordPress 5.7.2.”
It also says:
“Determined site: Example (https://www.example.com)”
Which I guess is perhaps the issue. How do I fix that?
Thanks!
UPDATE: so, I unchecked autoconfig and the selected the correct Determined site. But still no data is being collected. Help!

In reply to: [Spectra - WordPress Gutenberg Blocks] Column stacking on mobile@lathamsdoors how did you resolve it? I’m struggling with the same issue
OK managed to install SGBP Extractor on my wife’s 64 bit Windows 10 machine, but the backup file doesn’t extract.
I left the Key path and Key passphrase fields blank because afaik I don’t have any key and didn’t encrypt the backup so assume I shouldn’t need it?
The log says:
SGExceptionInternal: fread() failed
OK, so I’ve updated my machine to Windows 10 but the SGBP Extractor is still giving the same error ??
Unable to execute file:
C:\\Program Files\SGBP Extractor\SGBP Extractor.exeCreate process failed; code 216.
This version of %1 is not compatible with the version of
Windows you’re running. Check your computer’s system
information and then contact the software publisher.I guess perhaps it doesn’t work on 32 bit systems? In which case I’ll have to try and install it on another more up to date machine…
Fair enough.
I’ve only just dug out an out Windows laptop to try installing the SGBP Extractor…
But on my first attempt it didn’t work, I think because this machine is still on Windows 7.
I’m trying to update it to Windows 10 now, and assuming that is successfull I’ll try installing the SGBP Extractor again…
OK, thanks. I don’t have a Windows nor MacOS machine, but I try to get access to one to give this a try and report back… thanks.
