okay it is still there ugh! i thought it was gone but it isnt

hmmm seems i figured out how to fix it i had to set the membership levels page for buddypress and then chnge it back to the membership levels page its weird maybe I should contact the plugins authors it may be a bug idk

i think i finally stumbled onto a self fix not sure how long it will work though

I would deactivate that plugin, first off and I took a look and it seems that all the pages are fine unless you haven’t changed them yet.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Now that you have it enabled go to settings then reading should show up now! ??

For the static page you need jetpack enabled. then go under settings and reading and you should find it there. and to answer your question on the categories this may be a widget so go to widgets in your admin panel under appearence this should fix this it wont delete categories it will just remove that widget with them listed.

I would consider changing your theme and deactivating any plugins you have and see if that helps

No not exactly but I will warn it will take alot of resourses from your host and could cause your site to crash with alot of pages on it. Depending on how your host package is.
Remember to have your blog page set to another page if it is not about blogging you can do this via settings and reading you may need to make sure to activate or install and activate jetpack.

I think you should try paid members pro and use buddypress or bb press (it makes it easier to add a shortcode to a page for logins) or if you really perfer using S2member contact them directly via their forums https://www.s2member.com/forums/
