Kyran, WP RSS Aggregator is for importing into WordPress and so it cannot really help with auto publishing to Facebook. You can check out this post which details another plugin that can be used to publish to FB and many other networks.

Yes it should work fine.
Hi, I would still urge your host to upgrade as 5.3 is the bare minimum nowadays both for security and performance purposes.
However you can find previous versions of the plugin on this page:

Thanks for your feedback. We have already tested it with 4.4 and verified that it works. Evidently there might still be something that needs to be smoothed out, either within your setup or with the plugin itself.
It would be very helpful if you could paste the error you get when activating the plugin. Could you do that for us?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: RSS Multi ImportWP RSS Multi Importer is dead. I’d love to have you try out WP RSS Aggregator. It has a number of premium add-ons which add a ton of functionality. By making the plugin profitable we can make sure that the business survives and we can continue supporting our clients on a daily basis while working on new features in the long term.
Unfortunately having a plugin of this complexity available totally for free is unsustainable, in fact other similar plugins have fallen by the wayside in recent months and years as their authors could not justify the time needed for support and updates without monetizing them.
Please post all support requests for premium addons over at [email protected]
That kind of subjective opinion could be applied to a great many plugins that operate with the Freemium model. While I appreciate the fact that for your own uses you will need some premium add-ons, the majority of our users are in fact using the free plugin on its own, hence I would disagree with your statement.
Noted Dennis, I’ll add it to our list of issues. Thanks for reporting.
