I am not sure what you mean. The files I uploaded went into the / folder not the public_html folder. Things like wp-content, wp-admin, .fantasticodata, and all the rest are in the / folder. Don’t I need to delete or move all that stuff that should not be in /? Thanks.

Is there an easy way to move these from / without moving something I need?

The blog is Word Press. I wanted to get more activity at my web site which is https://www.atticshoppe.com. I added https://www.atticshoppe.com to the heading for my blog and then realized later that it was a “stupid” thing to do. I was trying to find out where to make the change.

Since then I have had to reinstall WP so I lost the info anyway. I still would like to know where I can edit the title of my blog.

Blog is https://www.recipeblog.atticshoppe.com.

Sorry, but I need more “basic” instructions. I also cannot edit my phpMyAdmin. My hosting company cannot seem to get it set up! Any other ideas? Thanks.

When I select databases under MySQL, it says “No databases” and gives me the option of creating one.

On the left side under phpMyAdmin, it says “No databases.”

When I go into my phpmyadmin, it says there are no databases. I can see that my blog is still available and has not been deleted. Even when my blog was working properly, I never saw any databases listed in phpmyadmin.

I do see this under Setup –> Databases –> Installed Databases:

atticsho_recipes table listing

Below is a list of tables contained in the atticsho_recipes database

wp_categories
wp_comments
wp_linkcategories
wp_links
wp_options
wp_post2cat
wp_postmeta
wp_posts
wp_users

Any other ideas?

I read that page earlier, but it doesn’t tell me which file to edit and where to put the code. If it does, I missed it. Also, since I am not a programmer and don’t understand the code, I still don’t know how to write what I need… Jeanne

I am not sure where you mean when you say “You can remove the word “feed” from your sidebar’s code.” Do you mean to remove the graphic?

When I put my URL in MyYahoo, I get this message: “Sorry, we didn’t find anything about “https://www.atticshoppe.com/blog/”. But you still may be able to add something about “https://www.atticshoppe.com/blog/” to your page.”

I am still confused…

I am using FireFox 1.0.6.

I also did what you said, and that fixed the problem. Now I have to decide which theme to go with. I certainly appreciate your help!
