I’m on a Macbook Pro running OS X Mountain Lion. The problem was on latest Safari and Chrome too. I tried to install a Windows 7 on my Parallels app and tested on latest IE/Chrome/Firefox with no luck.

I almost out of ideas.

Hi, are you guys using a mac, maybe? I had the same problem and my visual editor was only working on a PC running windows. yes, it is strange.

I tried all of this:

– define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); in wp-config.php
– reinstalling wp 3.5.2 update
– reuploading wp-admin images
– clearing browser cache/cookies
– deleting all the plugins and activating the twenty eleven theme

And yes, this issue appeared after the 3.5.2 update.

It’s working now. I deleted some plugins and found that a Tumblr one was messing all the admin side.

Nope. I’ve tried to reinstall from the PC but nothing happened.
Well, i was testing from a vm with a mac os ( mountain lion ) and was all ok. Firefox’s Error Console pointed a loading error with the tinymce.js, but only on my mac.

I have no idea. I don’t use any antivirus or something. The issue started after the upgrade, but the point is that this doesn’t happen on my PC.

I don’t know about any debugging in the browser.

Hi, i’m a mac user and i’m having the same issue, but i don’t use Virus Barrier and i can’t use the visual editor and can’t see the icons of the sidebar.
On my PC this issue simply doesn’t exist.

Why?

I can’t confirm that hyper cache work’s at the same time with db cache reloaded

But, i know it works using supercache, and works fine, you should try ??

Yeah,it can be inserted in your plugins sections,but some themes have this functionally already on the pack.
