Were you able to do this successfully? I had found several threads last night and couldn’t decipher whether it needed to be a plug in or go into the functions.php file.

Been looking for the answer, love to find out why this is “by design.” why shouldn’t someone get the content they paid for if they’re just deciding to cancel their membership so there isn’t future billing?

James I can not tell you how much I appreciate your response. I have not felt good about many things that I was being given by this firm and and getting this solid information from some one I have seen and trusted on the www.ads-software.com boards is just fantastic.

But it seems that it only affected the set-up process because I activated it and then tested the form and it’s working, which is good because the client liked the plugin.

I found the culprit plugin and was able to complete the process and just verify now that they are receiving them. I can’t thank you enough for your help.

Thanks this is great, but just when I think I know WordPress I have to just be humble and say I don’t know what/how to get you the Diagnostic Data and then I will post on the other thread.

@postman SMTP, this is terrific because my knowledge of email is so limited. I’ve installed the plugin but can’t get past section 2. The default is pulling up my email as webmaster, which would be fine. But won’t move forward.

Since this is for Contact Form 7 and their default is wordpress@I’m having them set that up in the interest of time to see which works, but I wonder why it’s not moving past that step with a solid gmail address of mine?

If you per chance see this I’d love help, I was planning on donating to your plugin because I appreciated it so much but there’s no button. ??

Nothing I see, and it’s a child theme of twentytwelve. I’ve since used the tool to check other sites and it seems to be something regular but I don’t know how to stop it, it’s the first time it was pointed out by this SEO firm. I’ve just been ignorant.

I read about each line and then looked at my code and my links in the footer did not have the “/” at the end so I’m surmising that WordPress was re-directing them there to match my /%postname%/ permalink?

I did find a script solution for this but I’m just wondering if Force Download is the best choice or if another will prevent this as it seems that the “disable right click” script is easily worked around.

Yep me too. And the plugin author’s site is his linkedin page, so that is a “different” way to expect people to communicate having to sign up if they’re not already connected.
