In reply to: Crawlers after THIS siteI was able to work it out, I had come back and marked it resolved because I couldn’t delete. Thanks for replying.
I was able to resolve the issue with the server.
I thought this would be a little more self-explanatory, I don’t have much experience with sql databases yet. I removed the three *-ngg-* tables but then don’t know what to remove from wp_options, wp_postmeta, and wp_usermeta. I see no *ngg* on those.
I tried the plugin again and it was all clear, but then nothing uploaded. I appreciate your help, I’ll donate personally if I can’t them to spring for the Pro.
Aha! I did not know. and now I will.
And I learned the hard way at the beginning of my WordPress life about back-ups. ??
Thank you for the quick reply.

In reply to: [Simply Instagram] Remove shadowI’m having the same issue, I cut the code out that hetsfield shows, deleted the box-shadow lines and then put it in the css box above and the shadow is still there. Tried it in my child theme style.css as well.
By the way @ hetsfield, the lingerie, swimwear and accessories boxes I thought were going to be links just fyi in case something was missed. Really great site!

In reply to: Losing loginHmm, you’re right I didn’t think to try that. I have a basic child theme that I’ve used a number of times. Oh great, now I have to look through the code to find my error. Hoped it was WordPress’ fault. ??
thanks
Real quick in case anyone reads this, want to say I love this plugin and this one has me stumped.
I always use /%postname%/ and reverted back to the default, regenerated the .htaccess and still have the problem. I have three sites in similar situations and created a fourth .dev and they all upgraded fine. There is something that happened here and I just can’t find it. You know that can drive you batty. ??
I am at the point thinking that it’s just something that happens. Sometimes you just have to reload and that might be the only option.
No, didn’t work. If you could answer another question that would be great, cause I’m a big fan of this plugin and have recommended and rated it highly and I’ve got the same situation on three other sites that have not updated yet.
They are all on old GoDaddy account so the version of MySql was 5.0. I had reviewed the requirements on another post and called and had them change that.
So my question is does the fact that it was upgraded do the same as if it started that way. Because I have the option of updating all these sites to new servers and if that might be the answer it’s a ton of work for me but I’d like to keep these people happy.
This client wasn’t willing to share password but if this happens on others I’ll see if I can work that out so you can see for yourself for the bug.
thanks for your help.
What I haven’t known if I can do is to completely delete the plugin, because I’m trying to not lose the galleries. If I delete the plugin will the gallery folder stay there or will it delete as well??
Thanks

In reply to: divs not showing upSorry for not saying thank you, I tried those fixes and still couldn’t get it to work. I’ve replaced the font with a google one and the nav bar now works. Have to do some more digging, I’m not sure if I got the .js script right because it’s a little past my knowledge at this point.

In reply to: divs not showing upThe sylesheet seems to not be loading suddenly and I can’t figure out why. Because if you hover over the space there the nav bar is, just below the picture, it will come out.
