Hi James,

I did have twentyfourteen there but re-installed anyway. That did not help. I went to your link about resetting plugins. Before I did any resetting I saw about loggin into wp-admin. I got in. Selected another theme that was working before. It worked! Back running.

What you should do is search on WordPress and CMS for content management to better understand how to do this. You can even run a site based on WordPress with no blog at all. It depends on the page templates. Look for themes that will do that for you.

I just tried it with a new WP3.0 site. It does not seem to work properly. Just had to delete it. Too bad looks like it would have been good.

I have added the email-alerts. I too am developing a group blog and I want a couple of us to be alerted as to when new comments need moderation as Simon mentions above. However, email-alerts is not doing this latter part. It does do the other parts.

Now I do have subscribe2 also because I want to add a subscriber list to send out certain emails with people having to register. Not sure if there is a conflict here. Before I started deactivating things, I thought I would post here first.
