This is a tricky one, we want to show when the event started as we think that is important. Ben has the correct work around, just make an all-day recurring event and then I recommend writing the date range in the first line of the event description.
Yeah this is fixed, update should be next week, it is in testing now. Thanks Bill.

We don’t show the colours in Agenda. We tried out some variations of this, and they all looked pretty terrible so we decided to keep it as is.

If you upgrade to hub, you have an option that allows you to protect edits you make to events from being overwritten when the feed updates.
