Hi Shakergeek,
If you have issues with your header can you please submit a support request. We would be happy to help.
The location request simply biases Google Map to your location, improving address search results. We don’t access this information, I’m not even sure we could…
Would you mind changing your review to something more neutral until you have given us a chance to help you out?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Calendar Feed Not UpdatingWe do see this occasionally, but 90% of the time it is a CRON issue. Have you tried something like this?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Last update deleted my child themeVery bizarre, I haven’t heard of any specific issues with 4.1.1 either. I’m glad you had a backup, hopeful others reading this will be reminded of the importance of backing up, as strange unexpected things happen!
Thanks Chrisssssi.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Last update deleted my child themeHi Chrisssi,
Have you asked about this in support yet? Can you change your review to something more neutral until we have a chance to work with you on this? In three years I have never heard of child theme being completely deleted, I would love to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks Quast,
Facebook integration won’t be working for much longer, they made changes to their API, removing the end points we used.
At this point we are not sure what the future holds for it.

Looks like a theme conflict. Probably you are right about class names. Can you try the latest release? 2.2.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Removes content from the postHi elrond1369,
Did you open a support ticket? If your issue was resolved could you please amend your review. I’m not sure what audio player you were trying to use but it doesn’t seem fair to give us a one star for this.
Happy to help with your issue, please post it.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Updates break things; lack of stabilityHi all,
We have been investing heavily in Q/A and stability over the past few months. 2.1.9 is very stable and 2.2, coming next week is another large improvement. I hope you can give it another shot. Your feedback on it is appreciated.
@chicagozen, we don’t have a $150 month product, but we do have an Enterprise level product that has many happy users. https://time.ly/wordpress-calendar-plugin/hub-calendar/
