I am trying to understand this as well but have virtually zero wordpress html programming experience, so are saying that by putting this “function” into the exchange plugin that we can get the transaction ID, or does this function have to be written by a wordpress programmer?

I do have a programmer that might be able to doe the customization if you get us pointed in the right direction with some starting points.

Is there a way to extract that information electronically/digitally so I can transfer it to the personality profile software that we have written so the customer can use the transaction code or order number to take the test one time after purchasing the test?

What video formats does this plugin support?

If i had an mp4 video that I uploaded into the wordpress media library, would it auto play that video?
