now on the latest version – still no export.
is there any update on this?

Same here – hovering over the button says it will link to https://www.sitename.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml but there is no file there.

working – deactivated a few pluggins and it’s fine…

Ah ha – thank so much. Not sure what happened but there were some missing files as the message correctly says
