Hello. Do you think it could be an iphone issue as its not happening with other devices or the webmail? The client is getting fed up as every email notification shows the same wrong sender “Joe Smith” in the Inbox summary but when he clicks on the email it is correct. We love your plugin and its worked perfectly for years for this client and all my other clients. So I’m wondering if its iphone causing the issue.

We are using Spacious theme with these plugins:- All-in-One WP Migration, Contact Form 7, Ditty, Flamingo, Photo Gallery, Really Simple SSL, Wordfence Security, WP Fastest Cache, WP Statistics and Yoast SEO

When we open the email on the iphone the details are all correct. But my client is frustrated as the email sender in the Inbox list of emails is wrong and its the same wrong name on all the emails from the form. I can add a screenshot if that helps.

We’ve checked on other devices and the webmail and it is correct so it seems to be an iphone issue.

Is there anywhere else I can try to get some support please? I feel like I’m talking to myself here!

Update: my client has worked out that if she add the option to place backorders then the problem disappears! But she does NOT want to offer back orders. Can anyone offer any suggestions please?

Just to update my message, we’ve tried deactivating the plugins. There is no woocommerce fatal error log. The debug error log has caught one error which says,

“woocommerce_blocks_checkout_order_processed is deprecated since version 7.2.0! Use woocommerce_store_api_checkout_order_processed instead.”

We are using woocommerce 8.3.1

Hi sorry for the delay. I’ve been trying hard to resolve this issue but I’m getting nowhere. I can import the main image fine but the gallery images produce errors. Here is a link to the csv I am using

I have worked out that the problem isn’t the way I am combining the images. I have tried to import Image 2 or Image 3 as the main image and I get the same error message which is:

Its as if the file name is being corrupted during the import process so that the .jpg is removed. The img file path works fine if I paste it into a browser.

I have used a default theme and deactivated all the other plugins. But it didnt help.

I have switched on the debug feature and this is what it shows

Ok I’ve found code which did the job. Sorry I dont know how to delete my original message.

Thank you so much for your help. Yes image masks might be a way around it. The client wanted the images layered on top of each other too. The link was to Thalia Nino Photography. That website uses this features a lot but its built with specialist software not WP.
