Gosh that was a super quick reply! Thank you. Yes I did use the free version but I have removed that. If I reinstall the Pro version will I lose all the folder syncs I have done? Also when you say ‘all the components’ what do you mean? Sorry if this is a daft question.
Yes I have tried a default theme but no joy. I’m using Avada by the way.

1. We have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce AND
2. We have activated the twenty twenty theme.But the same error message is still being generated.
We’re totally at a loss as we’ve used woocommerce for years and dont understand why its creating this problem. It is also causing our woocommerce_sessions table to grow larger and larger until it fills our database storage and our site gets taken off line by the host.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Database WooCommerce tables not clearing automaticallyHello. Thank you for replying. I think the main issue is that the scheduled events seem to be taking place at regular intervals but our table is growing bigger by the day.
I can clear the table via phpmyadmin but my post referred to being unable to clear it using the WP Crontrol plugin. I clicked on Cron Events and then underneath woocommerce_cleanup_sessions I clicked ‘run now’. But the table in phpMyAdmin didnt clear.

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 5 of the file /home/website/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3-broken/includes/smartslider3.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/website/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3-broken/nextend/nextend.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/share/pear’)
I hope this makes sense as I have no idea what it means!
Thank you. I am moving the websites to separate accounts asap. But today one of the sites was hacked again and this time they’ve by-passed WF completely. The highest level scan does not pick anything and yet the site redirects to porn. Its so frustrating.

Thanks for replying. I’ve had a look at the IP address and some are similar and othes are completely different. The main similiarity is that they are using a limited number of usernames to login. I’ve set Wordfence to immediately block them if they use any of these usernames but they continue to try using different IPs.

The problem is we cant get hold of them and we have raised a ticket but goodness knows how long we have to wait. I was hoping there was something I could do to resolve it. I wish theme developers had a fast track system to solve problems like this. We would gladly pay to get it sorted.

In reply to: Internal Server Error on everythingHi we use Vidahost (we are in the UK) and they offer free migration service so they would move your site for you. You need a hosting company based in your country I think so its easier to get in touch. Just my opinion! I’m sure plenty of reputable hosts offer a free migration service.

In reply to: Internal Server Error on everythingHi I’m not an expert but I also had the same error message which said something like Internal Server Error 500. If that’s the same as yours then it was a problem with the host server and they needed to sort it out. If they won’t then perhaps you need a better hosting company.
