Hi @kolinahr! Thanks for following up. The things you’re describing suggest that this might be related to how your theme is coded. Can you temporarily switch to a default theme and view one of the galleries where this is happening? If the images all display properly in the Tiled Gallery while you’re using a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, you’ll need to reach out to your theme’s developer to see if they can help.
Heads’ up that you can use a plugin like Theme Switcha to do this without affecting the way your site displays to visitors.
Let us know what you find!
Hi @brian5e597bf8e0.
Are you referring to the Feedback link in WP Admin that’s included in a default WordPress install? And can you confirm if it was there for you previously, and now it’s gone?
The most common reason for any feature or link to go missing from WP Admin is because a theme or plugin has modified it intentionally, or broken it. Did you install anything new on the site, or update your theme or plugins? That would be the first place to troubleshoot. Try rolling back to the previous version and see if the Feedback link comes back. Alternatively, you can deactivate plugins one-by-one to see if that brings the link back. If that doesn’t reveal anything, temporarily try a default WordPress theme.
You also mentioned Jetpack CRM in your second post here, but I don’t follow what you’re telling us. Were you previously logging into an account that wasn’t a CRM admin? Did deactivating Jetpack CRM make the Feedback link come back for you?
If you’d like to continue this conversation via email instead, you can reach out to us here. Make sure to link this thread in your request.
Thanks!
Hey @bradyk00,
We’re still seeing problems with Jetpack’s sync to your site. It looks like you’re using the wp-missed-schedule plugin. From what I understand, this plugin doesn’t use standard wp-cron to mark posts as published. Rather, it uses its own internal mechanism. This can then cause problems with how Jetpack syncs your posts to the WordPress.com servers, since it gives us the appearance of cron working, even when it doesn’t.?It’s likely that this is the culprit, here. You could try installing the WP Crontrol plugin to diagnose possible cron issues.
Can you tell us more about why you’re using the missed schedule plugin?

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Simple CDN does nothing at allThanks, @atkulp. I’ve passed this on to our team.
Hello @vinitsankhe!
My colleagues over at WordPress.com support have sorted this for you. You should restore to the May 15 backup, and all should be well.
Moving forward, the best place to get hosting-related support about your site will be here (unless you’re having a specific Jetpack-related issue – if so, you can reach out here.)
I’m marking this thread as resolved now. Cheers!

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Syntax for Bunny CDNHi John,
It’s not within our scope of support to ensure compatibility with third-party plugins, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread now. If you’d like to continue troubleshooting after you’ve reached out to Bunny CDN (assuming you do decide to use their plugin and ours concurrently), you can follow up here and mark the thread as

in the Status section of the sidebar above. Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Boost & Image CDNHey @ellisderkx, thanks for reaching out about Jetpack Boost!
When I look under the “Are there whale & dolphin species in the waters of the Canary Islands?” heading, I’m actually only seeing one image there, but I also don’t see any “broken” images, either. Here’s a screenshot of what I see: https://d.pr/i/2Fb1Qx
Can you share a screenshot with us of what you see there?
Regarding conflicts with other plugins: generally speaking, having plugins that provide duplicate functionality or optimizations is unnecessary at best, and at worst, can cause problems on the site. Are you using all the plugins you mentioned above? I think those are likely being bundled or added to WordPress via your host. If so, I’d recommend toggling them all off first (leaving Boost active) as a first line of troubleshooting the image issues you’re having. You can even refresh your Boost scores (there’s a screenshot of where to do this in this doc) afterward as well to see if you see an increase in your site’s overall performance as well.
Does this help?
Hey @pimentadenis, thanks for this feedback.
Regarding individual plugins and features, we made a choice to offer things this way in order to enable folks to create their own custom Jetpack experience, based on their specific needs. We wrote a blog post about our rationale behind this back in 2022; perhaps it might offer some additional insight?
Regarding our pricing, we hadn’t adjusted our prices for many years, though during that time, we’d continued to enhance our services to meet evolving needs. I understand that these changes could be surprising (and even frustrating), but decisions like this are made to better ensure Jetpack’s long-term sustainability and benefits to our customers.
Is your site a personal site? If so, I’d like to invite you to reach out to us directly?using this contact form, so we can discuss your concerns in more detail.
Hey @tatyana100 – thanks for following up. I’ll close this now, but please let us know if you need us in the future.
Hello! I’m Jen, from the Jetpack plugin. Just noting here that this affects Jetpack users as well; folks are unable to view Jetpack features at Jetpack ? Dashboard and Jetpack ? Settings when Razorpay for WooCommerce is active on their site. Instead, they see:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack errorHi Alex! Please update Jetpack to version 12.6.2 – this should solve the issue for you.
Hey Will! Thanks for reaching back out.
WordPress.com benchmarks as a very fast host, so this is very likely to be due to your site’s configuration. You might find the documentation helpful: Improve Your Website’s Speed and Performance.
You can also find some descriptive guidance on the PageSpeed insights for your site, particularly:
Reduce unused JavaScript and defer loading scripts until they are required to decrease bytes consumed by network activity. Learn how to reduce unused JavaScript.LCP
Consider reducing, or switching, the number of?WordPress plugins?loading unused JavaScript in your page. To identify plugins that are adding extraneous JS, try running?code coverage?in Chrome DevTools. You can identify the theme/plugin responsible from the URL of the script. Look out for plugins that have many scripts in the list which have a lot of red in code coverage. A plugin should only enqueue a script if it is actually used on the page.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Unable to insert blog.Hi @rapkalin, thanks for your patience while we work through a backlog of support requests. ??
It looks like you might not have disconnected Jetpack from either site before you’ve merged the production site to the development site and vice-versa. You can read about why this is a problem here.
In the future, make sure you disconnect Jetpack first. I also recommend you check out our documentation here:
https://jetpack.com/support/staging-sites/
I’ve updated the settings on our end so you should be able to connect your production site to Jetpack now. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble!
