It seems like registration is working well but your server is not able to send emails so kindly check your SMTP settings or you can simply use this plugin WP EASY SMTP and make the required settings there.

As whenever the user registers then an email will be sent to him having activation link so if user visit that link only then he could be able to login on the application.

But if you do not want that user get activated via activation email and get activated directly then you can simply disable this feature from plugin’s setting page.

Please make sure SMTP is configured properly and working on your server.
Just for testing, you can send the test mail using Easy WP SMTP WordPress plugin and make sure email is working fine or not on your server.

It might also be the case, you can get the emails inside “Spam” folder so also have a look at it.

We have provided the logout link if user remain on login page after login i.e after user login, logout link will be shown to user instead of login form. But menu implementation for login/logout links is not being part of plugin.

You can easily achieve the same by making use of conditional statements or simply use this plugin for providing login/logout links within wp menu.

Regarding your queries, currently we did not provide built-in support for incorporation of Buddypress profile fields on the registration page.

but yes, you can easily customize the CSS of the plugin by editing the file :

=> wp-custom-register-login\public\css\wp-custom-register-login-public.css

or just override the plugin’s CSS classes in your main theme’s style.css file.
