I was having the same problem. I was afraid to publish though because I couldn’t get it to work properly in a preview. (And I published it earlier and had a hard time taking it off my site when it didn’t work how I wanted it to.)

So are you saying that the targeting rules (including establishing a target link and when the pop up occurs) only work once you are out of preview mode?

Mine was set to “homepage” only and I am still having the problem of the target link not working and the pop up keeps coming back. If I close the window it stays closed, but after I enter contact info in the form, it disappears for a few seconds and then returns again. I would like to use it “site wide” too, I just haven’t even been able to get it to work in its entirety yet.

I am having the same problem on my site. My pop up keeps coming up even though I can input information on the form. I have a target link set, but it never works. The pop up just keeps coming up. This seems like a nice plugin, but I haven’t been able to get it to work properly.

Suggestions?

I need help with this as well. I found an older post about this but the solution doesn’t make sense with my current version of the plugin. I can’t figure it out. I have version 3.4 and WordPress 4.2.2. Thanks!
