I did not locate the issue. I decided I couldn’t keep losing customers, so I changed to a different gateway.

Glad you resolved it. I don’t use Yoast, and had deactivated everything, changed themes, etc, and it is indeed a Genesis theme issue.

I’m ready to get another payment gateway even though I love Stripe. Ugh.

When I make widget changes they all seem to work just normally, no errors, no issues dragging or adding/removing. They appear to be working just fine, so I can edit/save and add new ones and remove widgets, but still no changes showed up on the site. Once I disable Jetpack, they all show up.

So NO to all your questions.

I don’t know if you’ve worked on updating this again since I asked earlier, but wanted to let you know I found a bug. I realized today that the visual editor for pages and posts wasn’t showing up, even the toolbar was gone. After searching and with a friends help, we found it was the plugin interfering with it.

She said to tell you, “It’s not finding its own CSS file. let him know hit css file needs to be linked correctly too. It threw a 404 error. AND… tell him he needs to specify in his code !is_admin() that’s a front-end plugin. It should not be affecting that back-end”

(she’s a coder, she knows these things, I have no clue what all that means LOL)
