Managed to fix it
decreased number of events showing per day and changed view options to list and month only, still a bit slow though

also tried manual backup – that failed also

I don’t believe it ended up having to do with Jetpack. I found someone who got the upgrade to work though

other plugin failed also – I am not having luck with calendars – but I have someone who may be able to get this one back up – crossing fingers

may have a solution – had someone who thinks they can get it back. Waiting to find out

I am unable to do the migration. I get a server error when I try. have tried deactivation plugins and changing permalinks but it still won’t budge. Any suggestions on what might be the cause

@ mrwweb – if I choose “not an event” and enter any date it will still show January 1 1970 on the front end.

However as long as I choose “event” it works fine. Since all my posts are events this really isn’t an issue.

Seems to be working now. However I noticed that if the entry is not marked as an event is defaults to the date January 1 1970. At least for me – anyone else have that issue?

I reversed changes you suggested for lines 23 to 29 and it fixed the duplicating day issues I was having.

This still doesn’t fix it. The day tab is showing up 4 times
