I signed up to CloudUp but they have still not yet verified my registration.
In the meantime the problem has been resolved.

Earlier, when you thought that this was a problem with the Clicky website not my stats page, I emailed the “Help” on my Clicky stats page with a screenshot of the problem plus my site id etc.

They have emailed back explaining the problem and solution.

1. The “stall” issue was caused by ad-blockers. Odd, because my Clicky stats pages have always been fine with my ad blocker. But I have now whitelisted Clicky and the pages are working again.

2. Regarding the Russian text
There was a general “exploit on our user preferences page (/user/edit) that allowed someone to change the following preferences for all accounts: Language; ‘Real’ Name (not username); On-site analytics widget toggle; Visitor privacy settings.”

They have patched the vulnerability and my old settings have been restored.
So all good now.

This is not happening on the clicky.com website this is happening in my Clicky stats page for my website where I check visitors etc.

I checked and double-double checked all my entries and yes, I made a typo error! I can’t believe I missed it the three times I previously checked them before contacting you.
I can see in that visits are being logged now.

Hi,
I’ve removed the placeholder so legal field is now properly left aligned. I was using it as a spacer, set to ‘left’ as it gave a little less space than if set to ‘above’ – but it’s fine without.

I didn’t realise it was my theme overriding you. Thanks for the CSS snip, which didn’t work – I think I’m pasting it into the wrong place. So I changed the theme font colour from white instead.

No news on the modal button, but works just fine pasting it in with the shortcode widget.

Can I just double-double check.
I’m designing my site, a novice at website building and a bit clueless at the technical side of thing.
So if I click deactivate / delete the plugin that will remove all the css and js files etc, everywhere?
I have one actual contact form page – so I then just delete [contact-form-7 id=”59″ title=”Contact form 1″].

Hi, Just checked the site after reading your reply – yes it’s reappeared?!?
But I haven’t actually corrected the problem. When it disappeared a few days ago, every so often I’d go and type into the site title box or tagline box but nothing would appear. Same thing late last night.
So don’t know why it’s decided to re-appear.

One line is the Site Title the other is the Tagline. When I first started the site, it was just as buggy – the site title disappeared so I used the tagline box then both reappeared – I just left it and got on with the rest of the site, till now.
Would like to know what happening so it doesn’t happen again.

Annoying, It’s not obvious on their home page about the recommended / most compatible themes – they don’t’ even describe them as such, and the picture of the template library is dead – it would make sense to be able to click on it so you can find out about all the most compatible themes.
I only came across the list of recommended themes the other day when trying to sort out this title problem – but it’s hidden a couple of pages away on their site?
I talk a lot!

…I’ve added OceanWP to my theme library so can see my website in their live preview. My pages look fine.

Except the header and footer. Since you know the Ocean WP theme –can you see that I’ll be able to make the header and footer the same / pretty similar as I’ve done in BaseWP.

Misty Wood font and menu fonts are ok but want them centred and resize, change colour Misty Wood etc.
And get rid of the ‘place content here’ and grey border below with Home in it.
Quick look – their menu allows a lot more customisation than BaseWP.
