Hello J @subiewrx
Many thanks for checking and confirming!
Your help is great appreciated.

Hi @numbnerd14
This was helpful and I started the steps with the guide from the first doc titled Global Settings for Facebook (og:image) and other social media.
However I don’t even get past the Social Networks -> Facebook settings on my AIO seo! The preview image does not come up. I’m lost as to why and what I can do. Can you help me?
My site is: https://www.jennyelenihealth.com
I’ve checked also the facebook debugger, and nothing is coming up with the images.
Additionally, when I input this url https://www.jennyelenihealth.com/elderheal – (a page I want to be able to share widely), not only does a preview image NOT appear, but it says: Abusive Bot Blocked.
Hope you can offer some guidance,
Thanks,
Jenny

In reply to: Embedding Madmimi Web form or as shortcode showing errorsHi james!
Oh, thank you for that. I have not posted on those forum group topics.
I can never work out how to find the correct forum on this WordPress support site to post my question. I go around in circles when logging onto this forum.
So, thank you.
Someone will surely be able to help on those forum topics.

Thanks @jinsley8
I didn’t really understand your instructions to be honest. but, I appreciate your response to help out. In the end, I followed the Server error 500 on the Elementor troubleshooting page and managed to resolve by just creating a New Page.
I’m curious as to what the problem was… But, creating a New Page and adding the Saved Template of previous (non-functioning b/c of error) page, worked. I can now edit and Save. Thanks.

Hi There!
Thank you Elementor Team.
That helped and worked! It was just one page that had the error. So, I just did a Save Template of that page. I then created a New Page and put in that template and made the edits I wanted, and was able to Save. Thanks!

In reply to: Too Many Redirects error – can’t enter admin panelHi there!
Yes!
Late last night. As this might help others – the resolution was this:
My hosting provider said that the .htacess strangely has a ‘redirect /’ text in the file.
WE don’t know who and why it was put there. In any case, I accessed the .htaccess in my FTP, opened the Text, deleted that line (was the very last line after the ‘# End WordPress’. Saved it.
Opened URL in browser – and no more redirects! Phew!
Hopefully that might help another person.
The only way I suspect that redirect text in the .htaccess might have gotten there is when I did the domain reg transfer? Have no idea. Strange. So relieved!

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Customize Page name font size and styleHi Leo,
Oh, great!! I didn’t realise H1 heading is the Page Name. I thought it was the first main heading in the body text. Seems fine now. All done. ??
So, H2 and H3 etc. – are they part of the text body headings?
Thank you!
Jenny
Hi Fred,
thank you for your response.
Yes, I have WP settings as you have written: Settings–> CDN–> Cloudflare: enabled for Auto Purge.
I have also Prebuild Cache Automatically enabled in Setting–>Caching–>warm up also, on my WP.
Also, I am not on shared hosting, but Cloudhosting. It’s pretty good.
I don’t know what I have done exactly, but I have changed some configurations (following advice from an ‘unofficial’ advice site that went through every single recommended settings for Swift Performance Lite) and it seems to be faster now.Regards,
Jenny
Hi Rocco,
Thanks for that. Apologies for late reply.
I use the child theme, so all good with that part of the issue.
I think what I meant, is that I hesitated to make any changes to the parent theme.
Excuse my ignorance: so, I modify the file in the parent theme, and this affects or doesn’t effect the code in the child theme? In any case, yes, I found a solution that hopefully sticks with code into the widgets. ??

In reply to: [Customizr] Nimble builder & customizr theme not workingYou’re welcome!
Good to know about when customising a website, to disable the Cache plugins first. Great advice.Having said all this, as you mentioned earlier, could be the Cache plugins, not nimble!
All the best.

In reply to: [Customizr] Nimble builder & customizr theme not workingHi Nicolas,
I have gone ahead and activated Swift performance Lite together with keeping Nimble builder activated.
And now it seems fine. This is what I did differently:
I modified some of Swift’s configurations. This time I enabled Appcache for Desktop and for Mobile in it’s Cache settings.
Not sure if that was what changed things, but the site and Nimble seems OK now. Headings centred, images Ok. (thus far…!)Hope that bit of info helps.
Kind Regards,
Jenny
