Everything is up to date on my site and the payments are fine now. When you say your payments fell, do you mean people aren’t completing anymore?

I have WooCommerce subscriptions using Stripe and they have started failing from today.
WooCommerce sent me an email saying that an update for subscriptions would be ready tomorrow (17 Sept 2019) and payments may fail until then.
Subscription payments are NOT fine at the moment and if you take subscriptions, you may have a problem with declines.

Do you use Paypal? If so, make sure your primary email address is the same in Paypal and in WooCommerce. This fixed it for me.

This has happened to me, what a nightmare. All my subscriptions are not collecting which is a massive issue. I have restored the site from a backup and I hope this will work and I have also opened a ticket, but I only have 4 hours until my next lot of payments are due to come out.
Customers are getting very confused by it all as they are receiving Paypal notifications that their account has been cancelled.
Subscriptions just cannot fail – they are too important. Everything else can be fixed, but this has to be a priority surely?
