As far as I can see through FTP, the files are located within the wordpress hierarchy in the usual places – they’re grouped in /wp-content/uploads/$year/$month/. In the wordpress dashboard, the image library shows the blank tile where the image preview would be, and when I click on it, the information shows the URL as starting with https://
I’m opening a ticket with A Small Orange (my provider) now.
