When I am switched to a customer user, the admin bar is not there.

I’m not sure what you mean by the meta sidebar widget.

There is no link on the log-in screen OR the My Account page.

There is no link at the footer of my site.

Am I able to send you screenshots? Any thoughts? The only way I can get back to admin is to log out of the customer and re-log in as me.

The plug-in page where I got your plug-in said it was compatible with my version of WordPress but I’m wondering if that isn’t the case. ? We are not updating until the end of our busy season.
