We actually had a breakthrough in getting this to work correctly. We are using the Newspaper theme.

When we are at Newspaper version 12 (all 4 versions) or above it wasn’t working….when we rolled back to 11.5.1 version it is now working correctly. We believe it may have something to do with TagDiv Composer that is built into the theme.

Please let me know when you get a chance to look at this and hopefully come up with a possible solution.

PHP 7.3.33

No unfortunately we gave that a try and it didn’t help fix it.

I am not seeing anything when I inspect element in the admin.

Any other thoughts of what we could try?
