Hi, and thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I have rebuilt the permalinks (changed it to another format and saved, then changed it back to the original and saved – is that what you mean?) and tried to save the page with the WPSP shortcode in it but the same error came up.

There are no other shortcodes on the page – it’s literally just the WPSP shortcode.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a test site setup, and the live site is too heavily trafficked to shutdown all the plugins and test the WPSP one ??

Hi, has there been any update in the last month? I’m still hoping to be able to tweak the layout of the grid.

Hi, there’s nothing in the tutorials that cover my request. If you think I’m missing something could you direct me to it please?

@oaz on a hunch I copied the sdm-fancy-2.php and sdm-fancy-2-styles.css, renamed them to fancy-999 and put them in a fancy999 subdirectory. Then I edited both the PHP and css to change any references from fancy2 to fancy999, and changed the grid number from 3 to 2. Sadly this didn’t work (for me) though, but I thought it might for you.

@mbrsolution I checked in the plugin editor and both of these files appear but when I used the following shortcode nothing appears on the page I’m trying to get a x2 grid on.

    [sdm_show_dl_from_category category_slug="the-malevolence-2009-alt-build-instructions" fancy="999" orderby="title" order="asc"]

    Could you provide some help?

Hi Don, thanks for your reply and apologies for taking so long to get back to you.

My custom table is largely unrelated to the wp_posts table, unfortunately.

Can I contact you privately to discuss?

I seem to have managed to assign the right category now.

Ah of course, I had the debugging mode set to true. Thanks for the pick up.

    Hi Marios

Ignoring the warning isn’t an option because it appears in the content of the page.

I’ve found the “Include Me” plugin and used that instead.

Sorry about that, my mistake. Thanks for the fix @capuderg – and the instructions on how to implement it.

I’m glad this support thread is still open – I encountered a fatal error yesterday.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_mailer_complete() on null in /home/holobric/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/src/Admin/Review.php:108 Stack trace: #0 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/src/Admin/Review.php(78): WPMailSMTP\Admin\Review->review() #1 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): WPMailSMTP\Admin\Review->review_request(“) #2 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #3 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #4 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php(284): do_action(‘admin_notices’) #5 /home/holobric/public_html/wp-admin/index.php(111): require_once(‘/home/holobric/…’) #6 {main} thrown in /home/holobric/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/src/Admin/Review.php on line 108

After a morning of debugging I got everything working again, with the exception of this plugin.

If I understand the patch instructions I have to amend a line of code. My questions is “what file is this code in?”. I’ve looked in functions.php and it’s not there.

    Can you advise please?

Thanks @oglekler your advice worked. I’ve reactivated each plugin and got two clashes that caused errors – JWT Auth (now redundant for site dev and so deleted) and WP Mail SMTP again.

I reinstalled WP Mail SMTP plugin and it threw up the same critical error. I’ll notify the developers.

Thanks @oglekler , I’ve turned on the debugging and got this to share. ANy thoughts?

HiPeter – all kinds of help would be appreciated! Can I message you directly so we can chat? I’m interested in your new plugin.

Thank you so much for getting back to me Peter.

I’ll put the investigation on customising the JQuery Data Table on my to do list. The tweak to the table option you gave me worked perfectly.

As for the third question, I understand – in principle – what the dynamic hyperlink does and have read your instructions so I feel fairly confident about setting up the links. Do you have any examples or advice you could point me to so that I can setup the template for the page that receives the data from the dynamic link?
