If I could suggest a couple plugins to try, first regarding printing invoices, I recommend “WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels(Basic)”

Sending email requires some setup and in my case required access to the domain’s host admin account to modify my MX records for gmail. Your needs may vary and there are many tutorials for setting up your wordpress site to send email and depending on your email provider the authentication settings can vary (search for tutorials of your specific email account type for best results). I use a (paid custom domain) gmail account with my Woocommerce site to send invoices via email and correspond to customers using a plugin called Easy WP SMTP. These plugins have made my life easier, just a suggestion. The “waiting for…” issue is likely waiting to time out cause something is not right, Easy WP SMTP has a quick test feature which will verify if you have entered all the credentials correctly. I have used these for years and they seem to update regularly with new wordpress releases.

I updated to the current version 2.0.6 again and I receive the following page message, I think there’s a missing font on my page or a bad link?

Can’t open file C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\print-invoices-packing-slip-labels-for-woocommerce\wf-template\pdf-templates/font/unifont/arial.ttf

Same issue, Please post the answer here!! I also cannot download invoices – PDF’s come up with a blank page. I have rolled back to the previous version 2.0.5 to get PDF’s to download again.
