Hi,

Yes, I have looked over everything you suggested. Nothing seems to work. Either please fix these data feeds or refund me my money. I’m not paying for a plugin that doesn’t work. For example, Pinterest wants the USD as the suffix instead of the prefix. But your plugin puts USD as the prefix instead of the suffix. You even admitted to this in another post. I thought the whole point of the plugin is so we don’t have to deal with these problems.

Never mind. Finally found the setting. In the widgets area is where you can select who will see the form.

I was able to add the coupon the way I wanted to the cart page (https://oddhand.com/cart/) but I was wondering if you could please help me with two other tiny matters.

On that page, between the email address text box and the “Your order” text there is little space between the two. I would like to add more space. And near the bottom where it has two check boxes in the PayPal area, the boxes and text slightly overlap. Would you know how to fix that?

Thanks for the response. After reading what you had to say, I played around a little more and here is what I noticed:

Originally there was a Cart page and a Checkout page. I felt it was kind of repetitive so I only wanted to display one of those pages.

On the Cart page (https://oddhand.com/cart/) there is a list of products in my cart with the ability to change quantities or delete the items entirely from the cart. But there is no option to enter a coupon.

On the Checkout page (https://oddhand.com/checkout/) there is the option to add a coupon, but you can’t edit what is in your cart.

Ideally, I would like to only have the Cart page, but with the option of adding a coupon. I’ve noticed that sometimes after doing things, you get redirected sometimes to the cart page and other times to the checkout page. So I think it would be best to have them identical, or completely get rid of one, if possible.

Please let me know if you can help with this.

Yes, I have viewed it as a user. I tried that to see if the draft products would disappear (hoping it was only showing because I was logged in). That didn’t make a difference though.

Well, at least it was not my intention to set-up shop on Facebook. I was doing it mainly for linking to products on Instagram. Items being shown on Facebook is just kind of a bonus in my mind (as long as they are listed correctly).

I had two products showing up on Facebook available for purchase, even though they were saved as drafts on WordPress and listed as out of stock. I would tell it to not show on Facebook, but when I saved the draft, it would just go back to being checked off to show on Facebook. I deleted it, still no luck. Finally when I went into trash and permanently deleted it is when it disappeared off Facebook. Annoying. I don’t like having to delete pages for products in case the product comes back or I need to look back at that page for some reason.

That’s the response I sadly expected to get. I remember other Facebook plugins not being reliable. Another problem, which I was willing to overlook, is that it doesn’t show pricing accurately. For sale we have three sizes, the smallest is free, the middle size is $2.95 and the largest size is $34.95. That is the option for almost every product, but yet it lists some items at $2.95 and others at $34.95, so it seems like some are more than 10 times the price if you don’t realize the size options. And obviously the small free ones aren’t showing up at all.

I believe that is the same plugin. I downloaded mine directly from Facebook, and I think this is the page on WordPress.

According to the WordPress site, this plugin hasn’t been tested in a while, plus it doesn’t have a good rating.

The Facebook Shop page is here, though they also refer to it as a Catalog, so it can get confusing. And the shop on my site is here.

On the back end in WordPress, it shows that the product is synced. However, only the two items with prices are given Variant IDs, the one listed for $0 is blank.

I tried that code but it didn’t work. When I took out the “.single .product .up-sells” and started with “.woocommerce…” it worked perfectly!!! Thank you so much for your help. It is very much appreciated!

(I am using this theme to display art – there is no text, hence getting rid of “read more”, but sometimes I have a link to download a PDF, and that text is showing up on the main page.)

Also, do you know if there is anyway to not have it crop some of the thumbnails?

As you can see, the thumbnails for the brochures are being cropped at the top and bottom. The advertisements are being cropped slightly on the sides, but that is barely noticeable.
