Alright I have used the backup software of my hosting to revert it back 7 hours before. Now everything is back to normal.

I really don’t know what caused it.

But I had these updates:
– Elementor 3.5.6 to 3.6.1
– Essential Addons for Elementor 5.0.10 to 5.0.12
– Mollie payment for WooCommerce 7.0.3 to 7.0.4
– Yoast SEO 18.3 to 18.4.1

When I disabled Elementor, the website lost it status of critical error.

So yeah, not sure. But I’ll just keep it as it is for now.

Could it be Essential Addons for Elementor sorting this issue ? This is not developed by you guys, am I right ?

Although I have now reverted it back, but now it’s like Elementor is disabled on my website… I really don’t know what I have to do to get Elementor working as it did before ?? wish I never updated it

I used a guide on your website to revert it back to 3.5.6

My website ([ redundant link removed ]) is now back online.

Do you have any idea what is causing it to not work with the most recent version?

Most recent client didn’t even enter a VAT number and got VAT deducted.. So it’s impossible to enter for him in his administration as well. https://prnt.sc/1vzjx8w

But anyways, I see a lot of people positive of your plugin so maybe it doesn’t match my theme or so

But edit: that could also be because of deleting the plugin btw idk.

I have now de-installed the plugin as it happened twice already. So it’s clearly not working for my website then. I only have an angry customer now that says this has cost him money.

How to go through the process again? When I click on ‘renew certificate’ I cannot actually click on it because it’s 74 days old! If I deinstall the plugin, it goes back to the final step and it says it’s installed already… So I have to wait until it’s 30 days old before I can actually renew it or so? That 44 days from now. You will need to have a better fix for this!

What is the support email? I’ve tried to uninstall the SSL certificate on my new website and hoped to re-try it as usual via WordPress, but now my whole website is down. It says not found.

I have used this plugin with a different website once and I checked the settings. Everything is the same. The only thing different is that website A (which I installed once before) has its prices excluding VAT. Website B does not, which I have the problem with. It’s necessary to put prices excluding VAT in order to transfer the VAT to 0% for Germany and Belgium? Because if I now change the prices to excluding VAT all the prices go up by 21%. Or is it just a different issue that it’s not going to 0% VAT in Belgium and Germany? I used an active VAT number to try so. Website A does deduct VAT to 0% but website B does not. The settings are the same.

Hi there,

Thank you for your replies. To be honest, I’ve deleted the plugin from my WordPress website and I no longer have the errors at WordFence. So unfortunately I cannot show you what is at the details section.

I was a bit worried about my website, so I took action.

Hopefully this will not be an issue for other users of the plugin.
