In reply to: PHP Warning in error_log for link-template.phpHi @antermoia,
There has been a PHP version conflict with some of the plugins on your website. Try to downgrade your PHP version one version at a time and check your website to see if the issue is gone.
If the issue persists, maybe you need to contact your hosting provider to better help you resolve the issue on your website.

In reply to: cannot replace old featured imageHi @grnadpa,
I see that you are using a Jetpack plugin.
- Try to deactivate that plugin.
- Now try to replace the featured image on your page and see if it will work on your end.
- If it worked, the Jetpack plugin was causing the issue. I just disabled it.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

In reply to: Images are BlurryAre you referring to the image on this section https://share.zight.com/7KunpO0k?
I think you have used GIF format for that.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Images are BlurryHi @kiranthory,
I think your website is using Woo Commerce.
Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best:? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

In reply to: Can’t find a section of my homepageHi @boed1,
You used a shortcode to display the testimonial on your homepage. See image: https://share.zight.com/o0uOEg5E.
It doesn’t display because maybe you have assigned the wrong shortcode ID or the plugin has already been removed from the WordPress plugin repository, and that’s the reason why the plugin is no longer supported.
What plugin did you use for your testimonial before?

In reply to: URL at top of PagesHi @sdm7001,
Based on what I see, the URL that appears at the top of your pages is the site title that you assigned when you created the website.- The way to check it is to go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Settings > General > Site Title.
- Instead of a URL, I would advise you to change it to something like “Customer Muhltech“.
- You can give your site title based on your preferences.
To remove or hide the URL at the top of the page, you may need to assign a site logo to your website.
- Go to Appearance > Customize.
- Go to Site Identity > Logo.
- Upload your Logo.
- Click Publish.
It will replace the URL with the uploaded logo.

In reply to: Edit page different from online pageHi @lo0seun1t,
Are you using a page builder for editing your pages? If yes, what is the name of your page builder?
Also it would be great help if you could share us a link to your website so that we could check it on our end.

In reply to: WordPress thinks my PHP is older versionHow about a link to your website so that I could verify it using browser developer tools.
ThanksForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress thinks my PHP is older versionbut WordPress still thinks it’s PHP 5.6
Can you send a sample screenshot for this issue?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress thinks my PHP is older versionHi @cinbrandon,
You can verify what the current PHP version of your WordPress website is. Just follow these steps:- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Tools > Site Health.
- Site Health > go to Info tab.
- Scroll down until you see the Server option.
- You may see the PHP version in the information provided. See image: https://share.zight.com/nOuJD7dp.
Also, before you update the PHP version of your website, make sure you have the latest backup of your website, just in case.
You can try to recreate a new .htaccess file. Since you can access your hosting account,.- Go to the file manager.
- Under the public_html folder, find a .htaccess file and rename it to .htacess_old.
- Save the file.
- Go back to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Permalinks.
- Then, click on the ‘Save Changes’ button without changing the permalink structure settings.
- WordPress will now try to generate the .htaccess file for you.
Please try the recommended solution and let me know how it goes.
