Like everyone else install the classic editor plugin, but sadly it will only be supported for a few more years.

Hi @sterndata I know this as I have sent a request for a refund to the email address in question, this email bounces as non-existent ( don’t have the exact error given ), this is the very same email they have they have supplied to PayPal as a contact address for buyers and also for payment resolution purposes, obviously this dev will be none the wiser to any issues or requests for refunds.
The emails bounce and the domain for the email doesn’t exist either, I’m now having to wait for PayPal to respond.

So my perspective is very simple, this dev is using WordPress here to make money out of a free plugin then running with peoples money with no repercussions.

”We already ignore the star ratings”

Again sums up WordPresses attitude to it’s users and aren’t listening to those who clearly are against this move.

when clicking the link I’m diverted to the above link with the addition of the digit 2, where when clicking reviews they don’t show and neither does any of the support posts for the plugin.

I was wanting to update my review in light of the dev actually responding to support issues, but hence I’m not 100% sure if he is trying to hide the issues or if its a glitch with the WordPress website?

You are lucky I waited nearly 14 days for a response, only time they did get back to me and in a rush is when I left a negative review.

Upon which when I pointed out that Apple had found bugs in the App Dave decided to ignore what Apple had said and went on about changing the age category, he went ahead ignored the warning from Apple and proceeded to upload the App again only for it to again be declined for the exact same reason it was the first time.

I sent Dave another email pointing out he hadn’t fixed the App only to be accused of being insulting and he couldn’t work with anyone who leaves bad reviews, I’m now going to get a refund, sadly that won’t refund the money sent to Apple Developers of I think $99 so I am well and truly out of pocket and still don’t have an app that works either!

No Apple stated upon the first failure and in plain English that there are bugs in the App, now you have uploaded the app again I have just had another message from Apple stating

Specifically, we tap on buttons such as “Profile”, “classifieds”, “events” and “News” still produce to further action

THERE ARE BUGS THAT ARE BEING IGNORED

Same here but good luck, I’m having the same issues with poor support, I’m wanting a refund for app submission and also my monthly fee back unless these bugs are fixed in the next 48 hours.

Two weeks waiting for bug fixes just isn’t good enough, as the saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’ cheap as chips = Keep Clear

I have used the above code and put it into my child themes functions.php how do I add more than just one category as at present this isn’t working and the link used above about documented code no longer exists

I’ve had a developer look into this and he seems to have fixed this issue, do you want to test?

Sadly this plugin is obviously not supported and posted here just to advertise their main business solutions and themes.

WordPress should remove it as it’s obviously not supported here or at the developer’s main website.

In the end the way I solved this problem was by changing host, if you really want this fixed try wpengine.com obviously a higher rate per month for hosting but fixed my issue ??

Thankfully i won’t find myself coming back here for help, as some admins are just on ego / power trips which doesn’t really help anyone here and if anything pushes people away from trying to solve these wordpress related problems.
