I see your reply in our ticketing system. It’s in our queues, and a Happiness Engineer will follow up with you there.
For security purposes, we don’t have a dashboard where you can view your open tickets. You can keep track of them via email, or reach out to us again (via chat or email) if you aren’t sure.

What you’re describing doesn’t sound like typical behavior for the WooCommerce Stripe plugin; I’m wondering if there’s something else going on with your site.

I’ve run through this scenario on my test site, and when I updated the stock on the back end to “0”, I was not able to purchase it even though it was in my cart. Instead, I saw a message that said “Sorry, item is not in stock. Please edit your cart and try again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
What setting do you have under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory? Is there a value in the Hold Stock (minutes) field?

The way images display on your site results from a combination of the image file and your theme. Can you share a link to your shop page so I can see how the blurry images are being rendered?

sometimes the webhook send empty line items and products with 0 quantity.
Does this happen randomly and with different products, or only with a single product? When you look at the order on your site, do you see the values that the webhook should be sending over?

The layout of your shop and its content is regulated by your theme (Flatsome). Your best bet for changing the layout of your prices would be to contact your theme developer, since they have the best knowledge of how the theme is built. However, it might be possible to use some CSS to force the discount price onto a separate line. If you can share a link to the page where the prices are showing, I’d be happy to take a look and see if it’s a relatively easy fix!
