I’d love some help, if you have the time!
I’ve struggled for the last four hours to make my blocks full-width in twenty twenty-one. I’ve used my own knowledge of CSS, tried using the plugins mentioned above, used many kinds of blocks, but nothing is working. I don’t have any pluggins that are obviously interferring. I am using the “stackables” plugin, which should play just fine with the theme.
The site is herbscript.net Of course, I am choosing “full-width” in the alignment selector.
Any thoughts appreciated!

Thanks for getting back. When requesting and emailed link to create a new password, it showed up with the prefix “hxxps” instead of “https,” which rendered the link unclickable. I’d like to make the link clickable.

Duplicating the quiz and creating a new page has made the quiz operable. I’m going to refrain from taking it myself this time… no need to duplicate the problem, if it is duplicatable!

Right now I have two sites and I am making them into one site. I only need one license, not two. The old site that has your plugin on it is now defunct. Maybe I am missing something here.

I am updated to 1.2.1 and just tried using {{user-name}} in the results email. It is still printing “{{user-name}}”. Any thoughts on why this is not working? Of course you have these variables built in, so I’m assuming the problem is on my end. Thank you.

Clarification– The basic problem I am having is that after a quiz is taken, and I see a result in my inbox, I do not know who completed and submitted the quiz. Am I missing something? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply, and apologies for my late reply! I am not using the redirect URL feature. Rather I had been creating multiple results on the “Manage Quiz Results/Outcomes” page, and setting point ranges there.

I did not solve this problem, but I did make a work around by creating multiple quizzes, each with a different result page and then strung them together with links. This may not make sense, but for a health questionnaire it worked. For example, I put condition exclusions (pregnancy, taking a blood thinner, etc.) as choices on a separate quiz, which if selected would terminate the questionnaire with a results page. If nothing was selected a link at the bottom would allow the user to enter a different quiz.

Unfortunately, I am now quite frustrated by a completely different issue, which I will ask in a different post. Thank you once again.
