Same on my client’s website all is now working again. Very odd not got a clue what the issue was or how it was fixed I’ve not done anything.

I’m getting the same issue have tried disabling all other plugins and reverted to default WP theme and it still happens there must be an issue with the plugin somewhere never had this before and used this on many websites for a few years now.

We are also using Cloudflare also tried pausing it but still get the Cloudflare 504 error Gateway time-out any ideas?

I’m having the same issues despite reauthenticating which has changed the error to the below.

Dropbox API: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
[10-Nov-2021 10:38:41] ERROR: Step aborted: too many attempts!

Hi,

I wouldn’t be able to do this because the slider is built into the theme and by changing the theme would disable the featured product slider. Sounds like the issue is with the theme then I’ll swap the slider for static images.

I didn’t check that the images are fine in the default theme. I am using Avada so it’s got to be something in that.
