Update: This is sill happening. It looks like it occurs when you look at a user’s profile. The User Logs section has this message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Let me know if you would like a screenshot. This is preventing their staff from updating users. I have had to deactivate the plugin unfortunately.
