In reply to: [File Away] Page is no longer workingHi Thom,
I think I found the issue. What appears to be happening is I’m hitting a folder and/or file limit. If I delete several folders in my directory, the page works as expected even with recursive=”on”. I don’t seem to have the same folder/file limit with directories=”on”, though.
Is there anyway I can increase the folder/file limit so I can use all of my directory content and still use recursive=”on”? Please advise.

In reply to: [File Away] Page is no longer workingHi Thom,
I’ve been troubleshooting a bit more and I have found that if I remove recursive=”on” or replace it with directories=”on” the page works as expected.
Do you have any idea why using recursive=”on” is now breaking my page and how I might fix it? Please advise.
Thanks,

In reply to: [File Away] Page is no longer workingI also experimented with deactivating any plugin that was updated around the time that the page began failing. It had no effect.

In reply to: [File Away] Page is no longer workingHi Thom,
I’m sorry to bug you but I could really use your help. As I mentioned earlier, the page that incorporates File Away just stopped working and no longer lists our downloadable PDFs. It does work for me when I’m logged into WordPress, but anyone who is logged out receives a “This page isn’t working” in Chrome and “Hmmm…can’t reach this page” in MS Edge.
Nothing has recently changed. SSL has been in place for several years. No new plugins. No configuration changes.
Any idea why a browser can no longer connect to the page when someone is logged out of WordPress, but can when logged in? Please advise.

In reply to: [eVision Responsive Column Layout Shortcodes] Display issues with HTTPSHi again,
I seem to have fixed the issue with another plugin called “SSL Insecure Content Fixer”.
Do you have another solution that doesn’t require the use of another plugin? Please advise.

In reply to: [eVision Responsive Column Layout Shortcodes] Display issues with HTTPSHi again,
I forgot to include a sample address: https://23.229.159.207/library/.
Again, works great in standard https://23.229.159.207/library/, but not so good in HTTPS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Tabby Responsive Tabs] Tabs do not display IE 8IE8 did display the tabs when I made the 2014 theme active and disabled all of the other plugins.
I isolated the conflicting plugin and it’s Ubermenu 3. Do you have any advice how to resolve the conflict between Tabby Tabs and Ubermenu3?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: [Tabby Responsive Tabs] IE 8 tabs do not displayHi,
I’m using a 2014 child theme and the tabs work great in modern browsers. They do not show in IE8.
The URL to my dev site is https://23.229.159.207/home/.
Any suggestions?

In reply to: [Tabby Responsive Tabs] IE 8 tabs do not displayHello:
I’m having the same issue with IE8 on Windows XP — no tabs are showing.
They display correctly on WP theme 2014 and all of the other modern browsers.
I deactivated all of the other plugins and the tabs still don’t show on IE8.
Any other thoughts on what it could be?
Regards,
Jesse
