Hello Diego,
thanks for your reply.
The “accept invalid VAT numbers” option is selected, that’s why.
Thanks you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant] VAT Number Fields Becomes RedHello Diego,
thanks a lot for checking and letting me know.
All the best,
JessicaHello Diego,
thanks for checking back with me.
So, after trying to place an order using the customer info, I couldn’t reproduce the issue. When I added the client’s VAT number, I did not get any error or error message but in the second step of the check out I still had the VAT in the order.
So I checked the VAT number in the VIES portal myself, as the first time I only checked with the local authority to see if the VAT number was registered in the country.
Apparently, it is not registered in the VIES portal, so here’s where the issue occurred, I imagine.
All the best,

Dear Diego,
thanks a lot for all your help.
I can confirm that the VAT was inserted correctly and it’s visible in Woocoommerce – Orders.
I’ll check with the troubleshooting suggested.

In reply to: [WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant] VAT Number Fields Becomes RedHello Diego,
thank you for your detailed answer.
I probably didn’t explain myself well, but the field was becoming red as soon as someone was clicking on the first name placeholder, for example. In my settings, I have the field set as “Required if customer enters a company name (EU only)” , but instead it was becoming red even if no company was added or if country was outside Europe.
Anyway, I updated the plugin last night and it seems like the issue is not there anymore.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No location by default setting not workingApparently it’s working correctly today and from laptop I don’t see EE VAT added in cart anymore. However, the problem randomly persists on mobile… Can you help?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cart not showing all productsReally struggling with this.
Now it looks like most of the times 2 products are visible in the cart, but when you add a third one it doesn’t show there unless you remove another one! Also, I have only 3 products for now and when I add two of them, it automatically adds all of them, or sometimes I add a product but in the cart there is a different one that was not added…
I’ve searched online and it looks like many people have been struggling with this issue. I’ve cleared browser cache, host cache, WP fastest cache plugin cache, reinstalled WordPress, removed custom css for cart, re-installed WooCommerce and cleared cache via WooCommerce tools…
The problem persists and I’m loosing customers and sales, can you look into this? What’s wrong with the cart?
Thanks.

In reply to: Comments disappeared under postsHello,
thank you so much for your help.
Unfortunately, I’ve tried both ways but none of them worked.I’ve tried disabling CommentLuv but still didn’t get my comments back.
Then I tried flagging the “Discussion” button but again, it didn’t work.Any ideas?
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting a "Pay Deposit"Oh, alright!
But do you know if I’d have the same problem creating a new product instead of using variations?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting a "Pay Deposit"What would you suggest me to do?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting a "Pay Deposit"Hi Mike,
I’ve set the variations, could you please take a look at my product and see if everything works? Here’s the link: https://www.traveltobealiveexpeditions.com/product/rice-terraces-li-river-expedition/
My doubts:
– Have I done it properly?
What I’d like to change:
– How can I hide the title right below the menu bar?
– Can I hide the “SKU” and the price range right below it? It might look like if the tour is going to cost from 500 to 3000$ when 500$ is actually the deposit amount
– When I select a room type and a payment type, on the left it says “6 in stock …” and the price. Can I hide that?Thank you,
