I guess it was a local server issue, I restarted it and the problem vanished, thank you.

it works now, thank you. I think the test email I sent myself did not have any options selected because it was an old order. thank you again.

this applies to adding fresh new properties as well. I also deleted the plugin and installed fresh again. I have latest version of WordPress installed.

also, now that I am seeing the widget and also on the account page, “select role” on account page and “want to modify role” in widget does not seem like good wording from a customer perspective and is poor grammar. “Role” does not make much sense to them. I think it would make more sense if it said “Request Wholesale Customer Account”.
and why is there a pull down menu? It is just one option. Seems like it should just be a button.

hello, I did and do have the setting turned on. I was thinking the widget would show for non-logged in users so they can apply for the wholesale account. Many people that come to our site are potential re-sellers, we want to those people to be able to apply for the account without already being logged in as a customer.

I have gone back to an earlier version of Dokan to see if it was their updated that changed things but I still do not see the fields to enter Wholesale pricing. I am certain it was showing up when I first installed your plugin, do you have any insight?

I simply put:
replace
Alliance Medical Supplement
with
Alliance Health Supplement

and nothing changed.
I do not know what you mean by blank space calculated.

hello again, I am not sure what happened, maybe updates to plugins, but it appears that your plugin is no longer compatible. There is no longer a place to enter wholesale prices and minimum quantities in the Dokan Dashboard. ?? I am going to write makers of Dokan as well but do you have any ideas? Did your plugin change in a way that would make this change? Thank you in advance for your knowledge.

I have installed the update and it seems to be working as it should now. The wholesale prices are remaining after bulk edits. Thank you for fixing that, and quickly!

I am pretty sure I found the issue, I am emailing you as you requested but wanted to add a quick post for other users. It seems the issue is when I select bulk edit in the products admin page, lets say to add a tag name to 20 products at once, when I click save, all the wholesale prices change to zero.

it appears that your wholesale price and quantity field DOES show up in the Vendor Dokan Dashboard!

I was able to import a csv file today successfully and the other problems are gone now, I think it was my theme.

the table rate shipping plugin from Bolder Elements does not seem to be working. Bolder Elements has set up a new page for setting up shipping zones; it is not the built in page provided in core WooCommerce so there is where the problem is. As a vendor, i cannot select or create a new shipping zone, the shipping settings page is blank for the vendor dashboard. I would be fine buying WooCommerce table rate shipping but your demo site does a poor job at showing how the shipping costs look in checkout; no shipping options are available in your demo site ??
this makes it very hard to make a decision about using your plugin or learning how to use it.

after I updated my forms to v3, my calculations stopped working, I looked on the new calculations page and somehow figured out that if I changed:
+ {field:calc_17} + {field:calc_23} + {field:calc_28} + {field:calc_31} + {field:calc_34} + etc etc
to:
+ {calc:calc_17} + {calc:calc_23} + {calc:calc_28} + {calc:calc_31} + {calc:calc_34} + etc etc

it worked again…. I did however have to fix my styling I had in place before the upgrade ??
