It turned out to be unrelated for me… the 3.0.4 were without categories/tabs too.

I had very recently moved my webserver (and all the blogs) to a new computer, and I guess somehow the db didn’t copy correctly or… something got missed. I just re-copied everything and now it’s OK. I lost a few comments but hey.

Same here – they show in “most used” but “All Categories” is empty. I can’t add categories – when I add one with a name that I had before I’m told it’s already there, and when I add a new one it just doesn’t appear.

All tags are gone, also. All my posts are “uncategorized” and have no tags.
