I found a work around.

There was a conflict with other plugin (Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster). I deactivate the conflicting plugin while editing then activate it back after finishing edit.

I activated an other Theme (Twenty-Twenty-One) temporarily, But the problem persisted. I tried with Astra also but neither.

Found a solution. Mozilla Firefox does a better job than Google Chrome emulating Mobile Devices. I can see the error in my Desktop using Firefox Mobile preview. When I looked at the CSS list they are different.

Did the CSS verification using the Firefox list and now I could find the culprit error CSS file.

Tested the CSS but it causes for all type of links (including the menus) to change color. Also when I click other link, the previous one change back to the base color as if it was never clicked.

I verify again the comments on another Browser and noticed that the Theme Twenty-Twenty-Two did not show comments to guest either. I deactivated all Plugins except wpDiscuz and W3 Total Cache. Currently I am using “Freelancer Services” Theme

False alarm, tested again in Desktop view on other Browser and still can see comments as guest.

Do not know what I did but now the guest can see the comments in Desktop view. But testing the page in my cellular the guest can’t see the comments. When I am at WordPress Theme Customize I select the Tablet view and Cellular view and the comments can be seen but that is because in design the page is logged in by the designer user.

Found the Theme way. Customize->Homepage Settings->Menu Settings

I found a solution using CSS.

I found the menu class using Inspect in Google Chrome.

I manage to change the test color using the Brizy builder. But still the text link does not change its color after clicked but has a rectangular around the text in red. (I removed the CSS code to make sure it was not doing it.)

I tried the CSS but did not work as I expected. It added a rectangular around the last clicked link. I expected for the text link to be colored itself.
