I have seen your page. It is not a problem came from theme. it is the problem with your header menu. I believe if you make submenus, then you will get more space on the header menu. At the moment, your header menu is full and that is causing this problem. Simple create submenus so that header menu area gets some space. if you don’t want to do that, then please go to the customizer and set the boxed layout, this might solve it but still, once you will start to add more straight menus, then that problem with come again. There’s a thing you can do, Divide the menu in two parts so, you will get less items on header menu. Create a new menu add it at the top bar and remove some items from the current header menu and add those removed items on the top bar menu.

The wisest solution to your problem is, please put less items on the straight menu, it is best to create submenus and put more items on those submenus.

The first thing to ask you is, are you using any page builder plugin? secondly, are you not adding excerpts in the editor? I assume you are using the classic editor, you will find excerpts entries on the right. If you are using a sort of page builder, that can be the cause of all issues, for example, if you are using nimble builder that is recommended by hueman theme team, no doubt that is an excellent builder, but in most cases, you won’t get the excerpts visible. I would recommend you to start with the classic editor and manually add excerpts and featured images if any. Another thing to ask you, are you using a child theme or that is the parent theme? If you went too far modifying the parent theme, you would manually need to delete it from cPanel, not ftp/from wordpress dashboard. Once this is deleted, you will reinstall and activate it from the wordpress dashboard.

You wanted to know about the fix for the sidebar on the left, yes, problem is caused by the page builder, if there is any. If you are not using any page builder, then simply delete the theme from the cPanel and reinstall it and activate it from wordpress dashboard. You should create a child theme immediately and start to work only with that child theme.

A little guide before you start to delete the theme from cPanel. Please go to wordpress dashboard first and now appearance->themes-> add new. and there install any theme you like and activate it but don’t customize it. now, delete child themes if there’s any.
Now, log in to your cPanel and go to file manager there and then navigate to, public_html/wp-content/themes. there you will see hueman theme. simply delete it and come to the wordpress dashboard. Install hueman theme again and activate it and now create a child theme of that parent theme. I hope things are done. One thing to note here, All the widgets that you have added earlier in the old theme that you are facing problems with, would be removed and you will have to add those widgets manually once again.

Are you using any menu plugin? If yes, are there any .css tweaks available for that plugin, because some menu plugins come with options where you are able to add your .css. If you are not using any menu plugin, then the above solution would help you perhaps.

Alright, there are 3 menus you have got on your site and which menu do you want to remove? Topbar/header? On my mobile phone, I found only the footer menu is active. Do you want the top bar menu deactivating the header menu? On desktop there are 3 menus visible and the header menu and the footer menu are the same. you could easily remove one of them and keep the top bar menu since it is a different menu.

Please go to Appearance-> menus and deactivate the one you want to. If you want to keep the top bar menu, then make it sticky and you could easily do that in the customizer.

you haven’t included your site to see that problem and to understand it.

I guess a bad plugin is responsible for that. If you have installed some plugins, please deactivate them all first and activate them one by one seeing the changes and find the one which is creating this problem, and delete that plugin.

It is easy to fix it. All you need is to log in to your cPanel, not ftp. And now, please go to the file manager there and then, public_html/wp-content/themes/colormag. there you will see the functions.php. You can edit this file right there by right-clicking and choosing “Edit”. There you won’t get this error what you are getting in FTP/in the editor. Do you remember what you did in that functions.php? If not, still there are ways to restore that functions.php.

First of all, go to your wordpress dashboard and then appearance->themes->add new. and now, you should install and activate a new theme but please don’t customize it. Now, go to file manager in cPanel-> public_html/wp-content/themes/
and delete the theme “colormag”. things are done. Go back to the wordpress dashboard once again and reinstall and activate the colormag again and delete the other theme, now you will get a new and fresh copy of functions.php.

One more thing I forgot to tell you, you should delete browser cache, history, etc. I mean clear them all from all time.

ok, there is another solution you may try and in most cases that fixes the problem. Question is, are you using any caching plugin or caching from your hosting or something similar? If yes, please purge all cache. I hope this might help you.

I have visited your site but it seems ok, but still, if you are facing trouble, please enable the transparency in the customizer and publish and after a minute disable it and then publish again. Sometimes it fixes the issue.

Do you want transparency or you don’t want transparency?

I guess, from customizer, it is possible to disable featured image.

Did you try the code? Yes, it is pretty related to the sidebar, because sidebar crosses the boundary and overshoots. It is the footer what is responsible and it sidebar is sticking on the top but not at the bottom. I had this serious trouble and then this code fixed it. But I was using hueman free theme from the repository, I visited your site and it looks that you are using pro version. Just be sure, it the footer that is responsible for this, strange but I found the problem with footer setting. Best of luck, nice website.
