Sorry for my late answer. Thanks, switching themes worked.

I use several plugins. But I didn’t integrate new once since the issue appeared. As Carlos metioned it worked fine until the last update.

Thanks so much, this seems to fix the issue. The gallery preview looks fine now.

Actually the warning is still shown when Opening FooGallery:

“Warnung bei Vorschaubild-Erzeugung!
There is a problem generating thumbnails for your galleries. There could be a number of reasons which could cause this problem.
Wenn Vorschaubilder nicht erzeugt werden k?nnen, werden stattdessen nicht zugeschnittene Bilder in voller Gr??e verwendet. Dies führt zu langsamen Ladezeiten und merkwürdig aussehenden Vorschaubildern.

I checked the “force GD Library” box but it is still the same. The old galleries are still working. It’s just the new one, which has problems to generate the thumbnails ??

you are right. CF7 -reCap v3 seems to cause the problems. Now I deactivated reCaptcha and the forms work. But that shouldn’t be the final solution …

First, I have no idea where to open a pre-purchase ticket.

Second, now the Widget seems to work again. I have no Clou why it sometimes work and sometimes not. After the mentioned update I checked it on both Webpages where I use OceanWP and it wasn’t working on both of them. Now it’s fine on both, without changing anything???

Since the lateste update of Ocean Extra and OceanWP the Instagram Widget again doesn’t work.

I just delivers the error message:
“Instagram did not return a 200.”

I thought this issue was solved and now it’s back ??

Ok I found an info on elementor page that edge and IE browsers do not work. Installed now Firefox and it works. Hope it helps you too

Yes I am using Win10 64bit too and I tried other browsers, other themes and other php versions already. Nothing worked, like in the article you mentioned.
I hoped to get an answer here from elementor support team. With all ohter wp themes or plugins I got great support, but so far no answer from Elementor provider ??
I do not have a touch sreen either.

Ok I found it. It required to install ocean extra, which you didn’t mention.
